tofu.org a big wad of tofu

I was browsing around on Webtender this weekend and I came up with this. I don't think I saw this exact recipe, so I don't think I'm stealing it.

• 1/2 oz. Tanqueray No. Ten gin
• 1/2 oz. Vodka
• 1/2 oz. Midori melon liqueur
• 1/2 oz. lime juice
• lime zest

Put it in a shaker of ice, get it nice and cold, pour it in a martini glass, and put a little lime zest on top. Mmm tastey!

Since No. Ten is so expensive I usually reach behind that bottle for plain Tanqueray or Rangpur (makes a great gin and tonic!). This may not be an "appropriate" use for it, but I thought I'd splurge. I gotta say, No. Ten has a little extra something. I may have to splurge a little more often.

I really like the taste of lime, but you might wanna tone it down. I think I might crank up the gin a tad next time, but this is very drinkable!
